LifeNet is committed to providing the highest quality home care by using experienced, registered, and certified caregivers that are appropriately matched to your loved one’s care needs. The first step in striving to provide excellent care is to assess the care needs of your loved one. This initial assessment is to ensure that your loved one’s care management is appropriately assigned. Next, we develop a plan of care that is flexible and specifically targeted to your loved one’s health conditions and living environment. Finally, we match your loved one’s care needs with an appropriate caregiver. All care management solutions are developed in partnership with competent care recipients and/or with their representatives. We enhance and support all activities of daily living based on our care recipient’s needs and situation. We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our care recipients and their loved ones. We adhere to HIPAA regulations. We encourage our competent care recipient or their representative to report any dissatisfaction or comment to LifeNet management personnel as soon as it occurs.

LifeNet is a Life Saver. When it came to looking after my 85-year-old mother with dementia and Alzheimer’s, I was overwhelmed and stressed.
